Cannot share enough negative opinions about this property “management” company. They’re slumlords who have absolutely zero respect for their tenants. When I moved in the place looked like it was barely cleaned after the previous tenants moved out. Marks all over the walls, missing blinds, dirty carpet. I put in requests to have blinds fixed and scuff marks removed from walls when I moved in in ‘24. Two years later and I have about 10 open service requests that have never been addressed. Current rating of 1.8 is fairly accurate *contacted the company already and was turned cold-faced. Wouldn’t bother contacting them again as suggested bellow.
My partner and I have been here for 2 weeks and the amount of problems we have faced shouldn’t be the amount of problems you should face within 5 years of living somewhere. As soon as we got here, there were 10 different things that needed to be addressed and should’ve been addressed before we moved in. We had a roach infestation from day one, even before we had food in the apartment.
