Went to halal guys today at 8:30pm and workers said it’s closed there were food there in the counter and they said they don’t have food it’s weird this is happened to me second time May be there is no management there I don’t know whom they wanna sell then
The customer service is unmatched. I went to this location on 05/30 between 3-4pm. The girl working there is the most sweetest, kindest and most understanding, accommodating person ever. I have never met a worker as nice as her. She was so professional, and polite. And I must say she was the only one running the place. She was prepping the food, taking order, billing, cleaning, serving and still had a bid smile on her face and was so kind to every single one of her customers. Absolutely a terrible experience, 2 times we come in a month and the chicken is crunchy and the beef is too brittle! When I talk to the manager about it he says we are a franchisee and standards are different than NYC branches!!
Loud music is uncomfortable to eat theres people who suffers from migraines i think they need to use a more comfortable volume
Terrible service and extremely slow. If you want to go somewhere where they ignore you and help people who arrived after you this is the spot for you!
