I had a very disappointing experience at The Halal Guys. We arrived well before closing, but the staff refused to let us sit inside even though the restaurant wasn’t scheduled to close for another hour. On top of that, they wouldn’t let an elderly member of our group use the restroom, which felt incredibly inconsiderate and lacking in basic compassion.
