The young gentlemen working around 10:30pm tonight did a great job. I think he’s a new employee. He was super respectful & provided great customer service.
Extremely excellent customer service
I went here three nights in a row with my convention team. The food is so incredibly good and the staff is just amazing. Shout out to Zoe for making us feel welcome every visit!
Three+ year regular here (weekly visits), but I've had repeated issues with one employee at the King of Prussia location. On three separate occasions, including my visit on 6/19 around 12:30 PM, this employee rushed my order, was careless with the sauce, and dismissed me rudely in front of other customers — despite me always being polite and clear about my order.
