I recently had the pleasure of catering from The Halal Guys in Pasadena for a company event, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, it was straightforward to communicate with them for the menu discussion to the recipient of the invoice and to the final docusign agreement, and they were responsive to any questions or requests I had. This place was good, but the last two times I ordered, the rice was undercooked, and the food didn't seem fresh.
This has been reported by many in the feedback. I also ordered extra protein but there was no extra in it. And I order chicken but there was some pieces of beef in it. This is not acceptable. I am not sure how they can be so irresponsible.
