Went there today for lunch. Excellent food quality on top of extremely welcoming staff and atmosphere.
Worst experience ever. They ran out of regular platter bowls but never told us, so we waited 30 minutes only to be informed afterward. When we asked for a refund, the manager refused and instead offered just one falafel extra. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. Will not be coming back.
Very salty rice , beef was not fresh and very dry , Pitas were stale
First, let me say that I love Halal guys and I usually order it online however, I stopped by the southlake location for a quick lunch. Julian and Claudia were so nice and the food was very fresh and delicious and they packed me up for my lunch to go. You have got to try the baklava cheesecake. It is so delicious.
