Hi, I accidentally placed a duplicate order today and called the store immediately to cancel it. The employee said he couldn’t find the order and told me to place a new one. So I placed a new order, but later the driver delivered the original order that I had already tried to cancel. I even told them not to send it because I didn’t need two orders. I would like a refund for the duplicate order since I contacted the store right away and tried to cancel it. Thank you for your help.
Not the worst falafel sandwich ive ever had but definitely up there. Falafel was criminally dry. Good news though if you would prefer to have no falafel on your falafel sandwich and instead desired shredded lettuce this is the sandwich for you. Also the white sauce tasted like mayonnaise straight up.
