The staff at hair ninja are great.Always friendly and kind. Alexis always gives me nothing short of my vision. She takes the time to listen and explain things so that the customer leaves happy.. Prices are reasonable which is a hard find in this town. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Deeply Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I came in to have my roots fixed, but instead of correcting them, my hair was turned orange with uneven brown strands throughout. When I called the salon to let them know and asked if it could be fixed, the response was defensive and quite rude — as if I was expected to understand how their coloring process works. Was able to grab a last minute appointment for a cut and highlight by Alexis and I'm SO GLAD. She did an amazing job on my fussy, wavy hair, and I loved the result of the highlight! Lovely person, and very talented at what she does. Thanks again, Alexis!
