Terrible- issued an invoice for a service they didn’t provide as the salon wasn’t open & then accused me of lying about being outside the salon before, at and after the allocates appointment time. The salon was locked and padlocked and a phone call went to voice mail. No apologies from the salon just an accusation of lying and a charge for a service they didn’t provide.
