Felt that she was being confrontational. She did not listen at all. Talked over me the whole time. Would not recommend for curly hair types. She also did not follow the inspiration picture at all. Samantha is so helpful and knowledgeable. I've been seeing her for a few months after she helped me decide on a beautiful balayage during the consultation, and I'm always excited to go back. Maintaining a color has not been something I've ever done and she's made this new experience so pleasant and informative.
Samantha is so great at listening to my jibberish and making sense of it, and then magically getting that to come to life exactly how I wanted without being able to properly explain it to her in words. Hands down my favorite stylist ever!
