I went to The Hair and Wax Professionals this weekend for the first time and I was sooooooo IMPRESSED with everything! They were so Professional and Welcoming even with the communication before I got to the salon. The salon is well maintained, clean, comfortable and easy to find. I really enjoyed my entire experience, getting my passion twist done and Brazilian wax. It’s so hard finding a good hairstylist and esthetician and I found both in one! Charged $70 when was unable to reschedule as their shop suddenly disappeared from Square Go. Policy states $25 no show fee, not $70. Will not give refund.
Clean, great customer service and professional. I’ve been going to Val for years. She’s the best!
