My first visit to this salon was with a stylist who has unfortunately since left. She was amazing, listened to me, and gave me a wonderful haircut. My second haircut was also with a stylist who has since left. She did not listen to me and gave me a decent cut with the exception of cutting my bangs too short and shrugging off my concerns. I recently visited this salon for the first time after my daughter recommended it to me. The staff was incredibly professional, engaging, and genuinely attentive to their clients and the service was great. Theresa took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my hair. I usually go in for a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut, and every visit has been consistently great. I went back approximately a year later for another cut with Avery. She curled my hair in such a way that actually made me look worse. It was flat and didn’t frame my face well at all. I told her how long I wanted my bangs and she cut them much shorter. When I told her they were too short, she shrugged and said “it’ll grow back”. Lauren Vitale cut my hair. It's quite difficult to find a hairdresser, not a barber shop, to cut men's hair in Colchester. She did a fantastic job. She was courteous, listened and was thoughtful. Highly recommend.
