This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time! First, the hairdresser was late for my appt. Understandable, as things happen in life. They asked me if I wanted to wait for her as she would be 45 mins late! I said ok, as I really needed a haircut and didn't want to have to make another appt. She finally got there only to sit me down and rush through the haircut barely doing anything at all. I was in the chair for 5 mins tops and that was it?! I have mobility issues making it difficult for me to thoroughly wash, rins and dry my lengthy hair. The staff at The Hair Tech always treat me with dignity and do a great job. They are fun to chat with as well.
