This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time! First, the hairdresser was late for my appt. Understandable, as things happen in life. They asked me if I wanted to wait for her as she would be 45 mins late! I said ok, as I really needed a haircut and didn't want to have to make another appt. I have mobility issues making it difficult for me to thoroughly wash, rins and dry my lengthy hair. The staff at The Hair Tech always treat me with dignity and do a great job. They are fun to chat with as well.

Nicolette is absolutely amazing. She listens to what you want done. My hair is exactly the way I asked, color,highlights, cut and styled. Thank you again so much. I also wanted to mention her kindness,social skills, friendly and multi-tasking , she held down the fort, I was very impressed. Will definitely be back even just a trim.

This was our first time there and it was a good experience. Great haircut for both my husband and great attention to what we wanted. Worth the drive from Bancroft.
