Went to buy products for a Christmas gift. I sat in waiting area for over 10 minutes while most of the employees noticed I was there, not one person asked if they could help or say such and such who will be with you shortly. Great customer service....
My husband and I had a deeply upsetting experience at The Hair Studio and Spa. We walked in simply to inquire about booking a haircut, as the sign outside said they were accepting new clients. However, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told us the place was "reserved for elite people" and that we should go to a corner barber shop instead.
