When I arrived, the receptionist was eating her breakfast at the desk, seemed put out to be interrupted and reluctant to acknowledge I had an appointment. I had to show her my phone to prove it. She offered me a pedicure, I'd booked for a shampoo and blow-dry. I have straight, shoulder length, ordinary hair - easy hair, in other words - but forty minutes later, my hair was half dry, tangled and a mess. Had BIAB nails done by Krinal and they came out perfect. She was so lovely, patient and kind. The salon was so nice and relaxing, not hectic at all and Krinal really took her time to make sure my nails looked amazing (although she was still quick!!). I had a great experience and absolutely love my nails. I will 100% come back! Thank you!
