I had such a wonderful experience here, Sabrina did a great job styling my hair and explaining every single step of the process, she told me my hair type and what shampoo/conditioner, products, and hair styling tools I should use! I learned a lot and Sabrina was so sweet. I recommend!! My hair looked so beautiful and healthy when she was done

Asked for a balayage and I think it looks more light highlights :/ Sabrina is soo nice and sweet but the hair was just not it. Asked her if I could get more coloring done to it since the highlights stayed on top and nothing on bottom and rescheduled for a week later but she got the dates mixed up I guess and didn’t show up.

Very disappointed… I’ve been coming here for 3 years and was a loyal client of Sabrina’s. However, twice now she has no called/no showed and left me waiting for her, only for her to reach out to me hours later with an excuse. Today I took off work, paid for a sitter, and waited 30 minutes for her. Almost 4 hours later she called me and said she’d give me a discount of what I paid for the sitter… what about my time and gas? It’s just very disappointing and unprofessional.
