This is my first time saying my hair or being in a nice salon and I love it. Navi was honest with me and realistic and very informative. I got exactly what I asked for. LOVE IT 🥰
I have LOVED getting my hair done with Manuel at the Hair Studio. He is absolutely amazing and created the perfect dark cherry red hair I asked for. I had some highlights done in another studio (that I didn’t quite like) and he let me know very clearly and patiently that the highlights would still show even if I had booked a solid color (now I love how the highlights look!). Worst experience ever. I went for a brown balayage and paid almost $500 for a change that didn’t even show. After the very first wash, the color completely washed out, leaving my hair exactly as blonde as it was before. I essentially paid hundreds of dollars for nothing. When I reached out to complain, the stylist, Navi, and the manager refused to give me a refund. Navi even lied, claiming that the reference photo I showed her wasn't the one I actually presented. I had one of the most disappointing salon experiences I’ve ever had, and the lack of customer service afterward made it even worse. I booked a full color service after discussing pricing by email. Before my appointment, I clearly told my stylist, Navi, that I did not want bleach used on my hair. When I got there, I was told I needed a strand test and that the solution would stay on for about 30 minutes. Instead, it was left on for over an hour.
