Paola is genuinely the best! I’ve gotten my black Asian hair bleached blonde with her for years before I had to move to the Bay Area, and I miss her everytime I had to get my roots redone. She truly takes ownership of her work. If a toner doesn’t come out the way she and I wanted it to look, she will retone my hair no matter how late it was. Sent my mom to get her makeup done by Luna she was late to the appointment and the makeup turned out horrible their was too much flashback when pictures were taken and the foundation didn’t match her skin tone.Seems to me like she rushed the appointment would not recommend
