navi was absolutely amazing she made me feel so comfortable and gave me the best results. she talked me through the whole thing and answered any questions i had.

I recently visited this salon for a brown balayage but my experience was disappointing. My stylist, Navi, showed up 30 minutes late with no notice even after I texted her to let her know I had arrived. Unfortunately, the results didn’t match the inspo photo I provided at all. Instead of the soft blended brown tones I asked for my hair ended up with bright blonde pieces that weren’t even in the reference picture.
