I recently visited this salon for a brown balayage but my experience was disappointing. My stylist, Navi, showed up 30 minutes late with no notice even after I texted her to let her know I had arrived. Unfortunately, the results didn’t match the inspo photo I provided at all. Instead of the soft blended brown tones I asked for my hair ended up with bright blonde pieces that weren’t even in the reference picture. I actually walked out of my 2pm appointment at 2:40 in tears due to no one actually treating me. Jocelyn the stylist seemed to be working on her previous client and offered a free treatment at the wash station i assume for the delay. After 10 minutes of laying over the sink i was kicked off by another stylist so she can wash her clients hair . I was sent to another chair hair wet dripping on my shirt for an additional 15 minutes. After a friend suggested, we should go see Manuel we drove over an hour to have my daughter‘s hair done! It was worth every minute. Her hair looks better than ever, and he was excellent at communicating What she wanted and translating that into the perfect haircut!
