Horrible experience I will not be returning. I came in a week before to show/describe the service I wanted done, crochet braids. I was assured that was not a problem. I come in a little early than my appointment (2pm, arrived at 1:45), I get shampooed. The girl was digging into my scalp, very painful. Next, the girl started doing my hair, and then leaves. My favorite salon!!! I have been with the owner for more than eight (8) years and I love how she does my hair every time!!! I can just tell her shampoo and style and she styles with no changes when I look into the mirror when she is done. LOVE IT!!!
