I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received. My questions were answered. My wishes were heard. I felt like I received honest, professional feedback and advice. I appreciated that there wasn't a push to chit chat through the entire appointment, but it wasn't a silent process either. That happy medium was perfect for me. Best of all - my hair looks great!!!!
