Love love love this place! The customer service is top notch and everyone is so helpful and nice!! Also- these are by far my absolute favorite tapes and remover to use for my client's extensions. Comes off clean every time and I don't have to deal with sticky messes! Seriously game changing tape!! If you you're a professional and you haven't tried these.. RUN don't walk! I can't order them fast enough! :) 5 stars always for my fav place!
My experience here with Caitlin was great. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to matching me and assisting me in decision making when it came to picking out extensions for my wedding day.
This place was terrible and the experience was unacceptable. I went in to purchase a ponytail extension and an employee named Joetta selected a pack of hair and told me it matched my hair without ever holding it up to my head or properly color matching. Trusting her expertise I purchased the extension for $234. When I got home it was immediately clear the color was way too light. The extension was never used.
