My experience here with Caitlin was great. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to matching me and assisting me in decision making when it came to picking out extensions for my wedding day.
This place was terrible and the experience was unacceptable. I went in to purchase a ponytail extension and an employee named Joetta selected a pack of hair and told me it matched my hair without ever holding it up to my head or properly color matching. Trusting her expertise I purchased the extension for $234. When I got home it was immediately clear the color was way too light. The extension was never used. As a natural redhead, finding a perfect color match for hair extensions has always been a challenge.
