The Hair Says It All

I took my 17yr old son to get a perm by Christina and she completely butchered his hair. The perm came out straight and frizzy, with tons of hair loss. He was devastated and in tears. She was very apologetic. She then promised to fix it for free after 8 weeks so his hair could heal but when I reached back out to schedule 7 weeks later she told me it was going to be a full charge and she only does re-do’s within 7 days I’ve attached proof of the conversation (see below) of her telling us all this. Chrissy did a fabulous job helping me transition from brunette to blonde-ish! She took time to understand the condition of my hair, did a test strand and viola! worked some magic! So grateful to have found a stylist that is professional, fun and talented! Highly recommend 🙌🏻
