Absolutely mortified and disgusted at the lack of compassion and customer service from this place yesterday. To publicly announce in front of other people that a child has head lice which turned out was misdiagnosed to be a slight case of dandruff. This experience showed us the lack of knowledge, staff experience, customer service, compassion, and empathy from the hairdresser. This was the first time I go from a long hair to short style,I wasn t disappointed at all,the result was exceeding my expectations,very professional staff,engaging and friendly, thank u so much sukh for ur great job

The amount of people in the shop exceeded covid safe, however the owner will not allow you to come back in 20-30 minutes she expects you to wait in a crowded shop or you loose your spot, she yelled at her employee Infront of customers and tried to drag me in to her problem my family will not come here again, hopefully the hairdresser who works there can find a better employer she did a fantastic job and had it not been for the owner we would be regulars.
