DO NOT GO TO THE HAIR ROOM! I had the worst hair customer service of my life! Dezi is VERY NASTY AND RUDE! Here’s my experience everyone! On your website you say you are open from 10 am - 6 pm and that is advertised on Google as well. I made a consultation appointment with you on 9/27/24 for 10/31/24 from 10:15 am - 10:30 for a wig consultation. This consultation was made more than a month out and paid for. I have had my hair done multiple times and each time I have fallen in love with it. My experiences are always pleasant and we have great conversations ! Can’t wait to sit back in her chair
Love the Hair Room…period. The units I purchase whether on display or custom order are always flawless and have lasted me for well over a year and a half at the time of this review. I do not experience any shedding or tangling...not even in my color processed units. I receive compliments daily on my units and am beyond happy with their quality and the customer service provided by Dezi 🫶🏽.
She needs to learn better customer service skills is someone comes too your place of business inquiring about services you should be able to provide that rather then brush them off and make them feel unwanted. I Ask her for an estimated price on her hair and she look at me like I ask her could I take her out. She said I would have to book a consultation just to get a price and she is the owner so she would know her estimated prices.
