0/5 stars if i could give that rating. I booked an appt over a month in advance with Dezi and she gave me specific directions to text her a week before with color preference for my appointment. When reaching out to her at 12pm she didn’t respond the entire day. Once she responded she refused to reimburse me by $25 deposit due to her poor communication. I don't usually leave reviews, but after this experience today I felt like I needed too. Within the first five minutes of my appointment without my hair being washed or blown out I was told by Dezi that my hair was damaged and that I did not have enough hair to complete the style I selected. I explained to Dezi that the length of my hair was indeed longer than what it appeared, and that after a wash and blow dry she would she the length. Not nice. Doesn’t speak when you walk in.not personable. No wonder no one works in her salon. She has a horrible disposition about herself. Shes superficial and not friendly.

Highly recommend! Brittni is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and GENTLE. I loved my hair and have received so many compliments. I couldn’t be happier with my experience - I booked my next appointment before leaving the salon.
