I had a very painful and concerning experience at this salon. During my visit, the owner shampooed and conditioned my hair extremely roughly, using her long acrylic nails to aggressively scratch my scalp. She then detangled and combed through my hair harshly and ran a rat tail comb through my hair, pulling painfully at my strands without care and scratching my scalp with the brush.
