She messed my hair up and refused to fix it . My wig was lifting the same day . Called her to fix it and she hung up on me .
Very unprofessional and will cancel appointment at short notice for non emergencies. She have a very bad attitude her hair styles are very mediocre so she need to calm that attitude lbvs. She do hair out her home in the basement . She charging all this money to do this hair out her basement . Truthfully her hair styles are very mediocre..look at the nasty reply she gave to my view so imagine how she is in person smh . Beware I wish I could post the nasty mean text she sent me.
Love the service I never have to wait my time is my time and it is very personal never have to worry about anyone else invading your space or time. Love the fact she is so honest to if she feels it’s not going to last she will lead u in a different direction. And I can not end the review without saying no one I mean no else will have your hair style color one of a kind just top of the line service thank you.
As someone who knew nothing about wigs or weave I highly recommend coming to her ! I always send a quick photo reference of what I want and she makes it come to life . I have reused the wigs I have purchased from her . Yous are definitely paying for high quality service and care . I do not think she taxes like most these hair people do . Samerah is truly a 5 star hair stylist! From sew ins to her custom colored & styled wigs she has done for me! She is professional. The booking experience is smooth & seamless! The atmosphere is always warm & welcoming. I leave her chair always satisfied with a big smile on my face!
