I ask for a certain hair at the hair counter and they gave me a more expensive hair to pay for but I didn’t realize until after I was getting my hair done!! They switch the hair I ask for at the front and only took my name! And handed me the bag when I was done! So I didn’t think to check back in the bag! Because I pick out the hair I WANTED vs what I actually pay for at the counter!! Please pay more attention!Â
