I made an appointment for 9AM. I received confirmation and a reminder of the appointment. When I got there at 8:50, they were closed. I waited 20 minutes. They were still closed. Why claim that you open at 9 and allow an appointment to be booked when you're not going to be open?
I enjoy coming to the Hair & Nail Place. Service is great and everyone is so pleasant! Genesis @hennynailedit_ is the best on nails!
Yo le recomiendo el salon, me pusieron cabello muy bello, tiene producto muy buenos para cabello maltratado y caida. Hay muchas mujeres que hacen la unas bella. Lo recomiendo son muy profecionales, quieren ver se bella puede venir.
On 04/08, I went in here to get my eyebrows waxed and get gel polish on my toe nails. The madam did the eyebrow waxing and it wasn't done well. She refused to fix it and I had to go down a block to get it fixed. I was also told gel polish for feet is $20 but was charged $25 instead. Only one person speaks English in the store and there were issues with understanding what I wanted. Very bad experience over all.
Highly recommend! Margarita and her staff are all amazing, great customer service. Came for a blowout & left super happy!
