I had such a great experience at the salon! The service was clean, professional, and genuinely friendly .Char whole vibe is welcoming and positive. I would like to start this review by saying Char Salon was a whole vibe, I was visiting my son from Cape Cod, Ma. I was able to locate her shop by her TikTok platform. To book her services you will experience an easy booking process, this beautiful lady in her team was professional and warm in a welcoming environment. Flew in from Md. to get my hair done for my sisters wedding. Called an hour before my appointment and left a voicemail 30 minutes prior to my appointment because the Lyfts kept canceling. Stylist couldn’t squeeze me in. Rebook. No recommendations on another salon.
I have never looked so amazing with a short cut. She is very pleasant and looks after you through the whole process! She has the sweetest assistant and boy could she lay a perm! And that wash almost put me to sleep😭 I am so sad to be moving soon, but I will make it my duty to visit THE HAIR MUSEUM at least once a month!
