I had a very disappointing experience with The Hair Lounge. I went in for a toning service, and at no point did I ask for my hair to be bleached. During my appointment, my stylist told me my hair was dry, not damaged or compromised. After the service, my hair was left noticeably drier, frizzier, and nowhere near as smooth or sleek as I had specifically requested. Christian saved the day by fixing my hair after a bad haircut. I really appreciate him for seeing me on such short notice. He is really kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

I recently had a great haircut with Vanesa! Honestly, what really made the experience stand out for me was the environment of the salon. It was just a lovely, comfortable space. Beyond that, I really enjoyed our conversation. Vanesa was so easy to talk to, and it made the whole appointment fly by. I would absolutely recommend her!

I had such a fantastic experience with Vanesa! She did baby lights with lowlights on my hair, along with a fresh cut and bangs. Beyond just the amazing results, I really appreciated her great education throughout the process. She made me feel so encouraged to go for exactly what I wanted. And honestly, I left with absolutely fab hair! I would absolutely recommend Vanesa to anyone looking for a brilliant stylist.
