I had a bad color service when I went & asked for a refund. I have been waiting for my refund for 6months. Management promised to mail me a check numerous times and that check has still not arrived 6 months later. Poor service & horrible management. #liars

Are you ever going to open again??? Here one day and gone the next. Fantastic Sam’s had a lot of loyal clients and this whole transition was strange from the outset. Thanks for pushing the employees to sell those gift certificates so that you could “take the money and run!” Karma.

I always have a wonderful experience here. Friendly staff, quality hair cuts, easy to get an appointment with my regular stylist. A+

I went to The Hair Lounge, formerly Fantastic Sams, a couple weeks ago. When I called to set up the appointment, I was told it would be $18 for a hair cut and $12 for an eye brow wax. It is a couple dollars more for each service, but I was alright with it and confirmed the appointment When I arrived, I learned it is $5 extra to cut hair longer than shoulder length. I was upset and ended up canceling the hair cut. I had my eye brows waxed, and they were too long. I told her and asked for just a little more to be taken off. Mo... read more
