I walked in as a new client as I just moved to the area. I gave them all my information and told them I'm pretty easy just looking for a standard cut nothing too fancy. I was told by receptionist that they would put my info in a group chat and that one of the stylists would be in touch with me. Nobody reached out. Rather disappointed
