I had a feeling things might not go well when my appointment was pushed back an hour the morning of. Unfortunately, after spending over 4 hours in Ashley’s chair, I left with hair that was completely different from what I asked for. I specifically said I wanted the blonde gone, yet ash was added instead. Once I got home and had a better look, I noticed cheetah-like spots all throughout the highlighted areas. I love all the girls at The Hair Lounge. They are extremely professional and talented. Prices are also very fair.
Mia is awesome! I had my eyelashes done, the place was clean, and the other stylists appeared happy and friendly!
