Is this salon averse to picking up phone calls? I left voicemail messages and tried calling at business hours on 3 different workdays for an appointment…no follow up! I understand being busy but picking up phone calls/getting back to customers is part of your job! Very unprofessional and you just lost a customer.
Laura Tedone did my make up trial for my wedding and she’s doing my hair as well. She is super professional, sweet, made sure i was happy with what she was doing every step of the way and continues to do so, not making me feel bad for changing my hair color last minute 🤦🏻♀️ . HIGHLY recommend her for hair and make up needs
Kelly did an amazing job on my partial highlight today. She used a product that prevented my thin hair from breaking and the blond color was exactly what I wished for !! Her experience , patience and kindness far exceeded my expectations 🙏😊. I look forward to my next visit with her . I would highly recommend Hair loft to anyone looking for a 5 star experience !
