First visit to HL and booked an appointment with Kelsey. She was inviting, made me feel comfortable, and took the time to listen to my hair needs before jumping in. Never felt rushed but she was also very quick once we got started. I've been transitioning to my natural gray for 2 years, I got the final demarcation cut off into a cute Bob. A dry haircut which isn't done often, but I prefer it. LOVED the head massage at the bowl. I'll definitely be back as we are exploring gray extensions. I visited the hair loft one day as a last-minute appointment and was randomly paired with Jada. During my first visit with her she really took the time to get to know me, understand what I wanted from the appointment, and made me confident in her ability to reach my hair goals. Claudia gave me a wonderful haircut, scalp massage and glaze. I would highly suggest the scalp massage as an add on. So relaxing!
