Very bed experience. Rude tone. As an owner she don’t know how to talk with clients. I booked appointment one week ago for hair foils and hair cutting. Today When I reach there she said you are coming 10 minutes late so I can’t do your hair foils. If you want so I can do just one colour I don’t have time. ( very rude tone.) I said I already talked on that time when I booked appointment I will come 10-15 minutes late it’s ok ? She said no problem.
