First time here and Sam was so great. She’s super sweet and accommodating. The head massage was the best part. I feel so much better. And my hair cut looks amazing
Love Katie!!❤️ I’ve been with Katie for my hair extensions since b4 the pandemic. Always a treat to sit in her chair and feel like a doll. Katie is a master stylist with the perfect techniques to make anyone feel beautiful!!
Extremely unprofessional salon. Requested a balayage and was left with one side of my hair looking completely different than the other. Luckily a real professional hairstylist to fixed it at another salon. I do not recommend Chelby. Her prices are increased and even after completely ruining your hair all she has to offer is a partial refund. Chelby should either go back to cosmetology school or change career paths completely. I'm outraged at the lack of un professionalism. All of these 5 star reviews she has are all fake.
Do not go to Chelby. Also known as hair by Chelby. I’m honestly in shock at how horrible and unprofessionally she does hair. Stay far away. She doesn’t give you a second to explain what you want and just goes straight into doing the worst dye job you’ve ever seen. Not to mention she does choppy haircuts and cuts 4-7 inches when you ask for a trim. AVOID
I cannot recommend Hair by Chelby enough! From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in great hands. She’s incredibly professional, attentive, and full of knowledge. I came in with a very specific inspo picture, and not only did she deliver exactly what I asked for, but she also took the time to walk me through the entire process.
