Very disappointing experience. I asked to keep the length below my eyebrows with light thinning and sides that don’t expose the scalp. Instead, it was cut far too short (well above the eyebrows) and the sides now fully show my scalp. Completely different from what I requested. Would not recommend if you care about your hair.
Had a great experience here. Terry was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was just right. The service was relaxed and efficient, and I’m really happy with how my haircut turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend this place to others.
I recently tried highlights for the first time and chose this popular salon, and I couldn’t be happier! Although the process took a few hours, the result was absolutely worth it. My stylist@Terry was incredibly patient and detail oriented, making the entire haircut and coloring experience so enjoyable. The layered edge cut turned out amazing and really suits me. It’s rare to find a salon in Auckland that I can walk out of with such a big smile. Thank you for the wonderful service! I’ll definitely be coming back!
