I has an amazing experience visiting the salon, Hair Extensions, Nails, Braids. Talk about a one stop shop. The set up is amazing and one of a kind and so close to Cleveland Clinic……We were in and out in less than 2 hours for a full install!…..We will be back!

COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMON DECENCY. I scheduled my first appointment a week in advance on a Wednesday at 3pm. I showed up 15 min early and nobody was there. I figured it was partially my fault because I didn't confirm. I called over and over and there was no answer and the voicemail was full.
