Lauren has been doing my hair for roughly 12 years for a variety of services. I have followed her across her various locations in the bay area because she is the best! I regret to say that my experience with Lauren, “The Hair Extensions Expert,” was highly disappointing. Despite presenting herself as a professional, her attitude and skills did not reflect that claim. First, her cutting skills left much to be desired. The cut was poorly blended, resulting in a choppy, unnatural look. Given the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of craftsmanship.
