Worst customer service. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked if they had availability for a kids haircut and he said flat out, "no". He didn't ask when I was asking for or acted remotely interested. I will definitely avoid this place in the future.

I was very disappointed of the outcome of my haircut. I asked for a simple half an inch and got cut at least 1.5 inches and my hair is not what it use to look like in other words it was not cut well. It was also extremely overpriced I just wanted a short trim which ended up costing 45 dollars.
I am willing to pay top dollar for my kids hair cuts but I will never give my money to this place simply because of how incredibly rude and disrespectful Tim was when I called to ask if they had an opening for my 3 year old son. Not to mention I was hung up on after he told me they aren’t taking new clients. I’ve seen so many great things about Jess and her kids cuts and it’s really too bad to see this one employee ruining the business like this. Had a mixed experience. Nice guy, great haircut, but very inappropriate conversation for my 11 year old. My son thought it was hilarious, though!
