Having your bangs cut way too short the day before a big event would be a better experience than being in the company of the owner. A few friends of mine and I have been in her salon, and we were appalled by her behaviour and the way she treats her apprentice. I was here a few times for my regular stylist. The owner came in and was super disrespectful to my hairdresser. She made snide remarks. She had a super poor attitude and was so passive aggressive towards my hairdresser. Another client who was there asked why the owner was in such a poor mood and taking it out on my lady. So displeased with the way she runs her business and treats her fellow hairdressers and staff members. I will not be back
Teira has been cutting my hair for 12 years now and even when I lived out of province I would come back just to have her cut my hair. 10/10 recommend
