Scheduled an appointment for a cut, eyebrow/lip wax and partial highlight I had Sarah cut and highlight my hair before with no issues. This time I asked for caramel highlights, I got red. She cut more than an inch off my length, by the time I noticed it was too late. I told her only a 1/4” off my bangs, she cut probably 3/4” and OMG they are so uneven and noticeable it’s ridiculous!
