Brought my grandmother in for a simple haircut and had the worst service. The staff is ageist and incapable of accommodating aging bodies with grace and respect. I'm was shocked. Avoid at all cost! Not to mention a short haircut cost $80?

Damanpreet did a great job with my hair appointment and was able to fit me in after my original appointment had been cancelled (without notice). The Hair Company Milton is great- just needs to work a little more on their customer service or their app to advise their customers of cancelled appointments. (They said they emailed, but I did not receive it). I waited 30 min before realizing my appointment had been cancelled as no one acknowledged me or asked if I was there for an appointment which was really disappointing.

Jackie gave me my perfect cut and style. It is always a pleasure to go for my appointments. She also give good advice about my hair.

This was my third time at the salon to get a blowout done. I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t this at all. I can do a better job myself at home honestly.My hair was washed and just dried. I was expecting at least a proper blowout but my hair just looks straight which it already is.
