Came in to get my money pieces And a thin layer of the underneath of my hair dyed a dark red (alr came in with hair black so didnt have to dye that part)and certian bangs and layers Told her all of this when I got there and showed her the video of the bangs I wanted along with the picture of the hair I wanted and I did not get the correct bangs.
