Five star for Kaitlyn Bliss. 3 star for company overall. I didn't realize their pricing varies stylist to stylist the first few visits, so pay attention to that if you are on a budget. Clean and cute salon, with a big array of products. Kaitlyn B, who was a level 2 stylist was excellent! She really took time to ask and understand exactly what I wanted from my color appointment, and was super patient and attentive! I've never had a bad experience here, for myself or my children. All the stylists are great and it's super convenient to be able to schedule online.
I come here at least every other week to get a scalp facial- my hair feels longer and stronger. It’s worth it !
