I had to cancel due to a family emergency and they tried charging my card $517 they tried charging my card 11 different times with random numbers

Lexy did the impossible! I came in with red/extremely brassy blonde hair(to the point that the blonde was basically red) and showed her an inspiration picture that I honestly thought would take multiple appointments to achieve but just a few hours later, she completely transformed my hair into exactly what I wanted! I was shocked when I got my bill? All she did was color my hair, and the cut wasn’t good she just straight cut the bottom and did no shaping at all? With a 15% tip it was over 200?? Seriously way too much for what was done? She was nice but the price is way over what it should be? Not going back for sure
