Failure in follow instructions The lady didn't know what she was doing and my hair ended up asimetric

I ask for my hair to be dyed to tone down the blonde so it would be like blonde highlights .. she did not listen to me and did what ever she wanted and put more highlights in making the blonde stand out more … then charged me for a full color and highlights and a cut that she extremely messed up making my hair uneven and choppy .. then you ask them to refund and they will not only a $50 credit on the books and 1 week to come back and have it fixed. Like there is no fixing this until it grows out some. I am beyond pissed.

The second time i was here i had a lady who was nice however was extremely unprofessional. While i was in the seat getting my hair done her ex calls her and she starts screaming at him leaving me feeling very uncomfortable. I paid for a wash, cut, and blowout, she didn’t dry my hair at all or style it.
