My mom bought me a groupon for this salon, (me starting cosmetology school soon i was very excited) I have been getting my hair professionally done my entire life and i can honestly say i am not happy with this salon or the owner. Never in my life have i been charged extra money because of how long my hair was. I have never even heard of such a thing. STAY AWAY! If your looking for someone that values her clients, gets back in a timely manner for appts, and is consistent GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I started as a groupon client and was happy so I continued to go to her even though it took forever for her to respond back about appts. The second time she forgot to add me to the books so she crammed me in between other people and I was there for over 2 hours. My sister hired Brooke to do her hair and makeup for her wedding day. As the Maid of Honor, I found Brooke and made the arrangements for her appointment as my sister was frazzled with wedding details. Brooke was amazing! My sister's hair and makeup looked fabulous and Brooke even went the extra mile (literally) by driving my sister and I to the resort down the street where the ceremony was being held.
