If I could give 0 stars I would. This business has the worst customer service and hair dressing skills. I went to the hair boutique (extension technicians) to get my extensions moved up. Three days later one fell out, then next day another. None of the sections were straight nor neat and they were definitely not moved up to the scalp. They have been so uncomfortable and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. I tried to get in contact with the owner but she was never able to come to the phone. Got Nanoplasty done here last week and it turned out amazing. I had one of the best salon experiences and coffees!

Jessie permanently straightened my hair and I love how it has turned out. I also had a great experience while there, she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back soon for colour treatment, and will continue visiting this salon for all future hair and brow appointments.
