STILL WAITING 6+ months for a refund of funds taken after cancelling an appointment in due time. Promised multiple times that funds will be reimbursed but STILL WAITING. Highly unprofessional. Would avoid anything that this business has anything to do with.

I had been going to this hairdresser for a year and a half and was Really disappointed that my fiance and I booked appointments online, paid a $100 each deposit, showed up and they had closed down but did not inform us or refund the deposit

I understand the store has now closed down however I was never informed prior to my booking. I drove 45 minutes to get to the appointment and the place was very clearly closed. I tried calling and texting and was advised the store had closed. My apology was very minimal which was the worst of it all. I understand that business’s close however it would of been nice to have been informed and shown some sympathy when I reached out.

I would give zero if I could! I went today to get my hair permanently straightened again. I booked last week and paid 50% deposit. When I arrived today after driving from Brisbane, I saw a for lease sign in the window and a letter from solicitors regarding rent issues. This was dated back to the beginning of the month and I booked on 22nd and they still took my money! I called and messaged and have not heard back. Stealing money and no communication!
