My hair was down to the middle of my back and asked Jennifer Johnston for a Lob cut. Instead, I ended up with a shag and so uneven I have gaps in my hair. When I expressed my concerns she told me it’s wasn’t her fault. 😆. I ended up having to have my hair cut about my shoulders to fix the horrible cut I received. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
