I'm so disappointed as they don't sell luxury wig caps or help with human hair wig that cost me 1700 dollars by simply cutting it to fit behind my ears and I got the impression they don't cut and style new human hair wigs or help you as a paying client unless you get the hair services they sell only. correct me if I'm wrong please. The hair is very nice. I have used it about three times already. So far it’s good. No shedding and no stiffness. It’s all about maintaining it….
I'm sad and disappointed that I wasted $400 on this Ali express hair. I purchased Indian hair from here back in 2019/2020 and the hair was good. I referred a few friends relatives and they were able to get some good hair too. Fast forward to 2024 and immediately I noticed the difference in the hair. I was told it's bc the hair is Brazilian and that they no longer have Indian. I spent time feeling thru different bundles and despite my concerns I took a risk and bought the hair anyway.
