1st time there. Went in for highlights n lowlights n just a trim. Was not happy with my highlights, went back in & stylist re-did, better this time, though still not what I wanted. Worst is my cut is messed up! And there is no re-do or fixing that unless I want more cut off which I do not! I only wanted a trim- no layering. I was letting my sides grow to the length of the back- not anymore! Ugh! Now I have some layering that I DIDN'T want and more so on one side than the other! What a mess!!! donna is an amazing hairstylist. I just can't ever get in there but I love the way she does my hair she's a professional for sure.
Wonderful salon , treated myself and my twins with so much respect . Our hair cuts and conditioning treatment were phenomenal ! Def consider this charming salon if looking for a new salon in Solon area . Donna and lily both fabulous
